3 night 4 star stay in Krakow hotel (flights included) -

I have 3 nights in a 4 star hotel in Krakow booked from Saturday 22nd September with check out on Tuesday 25th September. It is bed and breakfast and the hotel is the Sympozjum hotel, located a tram ride away from the main square. There are also flights booked from Edinburgh on the Saturday evening and returning Tuesday night but they are with Ryanair and from what I can gather on their website, it will cost 125 to change the name on the return flights per person. The hotel booking is for 2 people and there are 2 flights. I would just like to be able to get something back for this trip as due to unforeseen circumstances, cannot go. So any reasonable offer would be considered (as I know if you wish to take the flights as well there would be a cost implication to change the names). Am more than happy for someone to just take the hotel and get to Krakow on those dates themselves.
